Elissa Slater was a fan favorite on Big Brother 15, but now the reality star is focused on being mom to a set of brothers at home.

“Our new lives have been so blessed,” the yoga studio owner and fitness and nutrition specialist tells PEOPLE of welcoming son Forester Bruce Elijah, who was born on Sunday, Sept. 11, weighing 6 lbs., 11 oz. He measured 20.5 inches long.

“My delivery was so calm and wonderful. It was a dream,” says Slater, 30, who followed in her sister Rachel Reilly‘s footsteps to compete on the CBS reality competition show in 2013.

“My mom, Rachel and my husband [Brent, 42,] were all in the delivery room to watch Forester’s birth. I went into labor about an hour after picking Rachel and [her 5-month-old daughter] Adora up from the airport, so Forester waited for his aunt before making his appearance!”

When it comes to helping her 7-year-old, “there’s still a lot that needs to be done,” the Real Housewives of New Jersey star says in this week’s issue of PEOPLE. “But he’s making progress. He’s brought so much joy to our family.”

The Bachelor favorites shared the news on their Instagram accounts Tuesday, with the father-to-be writing, “It’s happening! I’m going to be a dad!”

Giudici shared a second sweet photo, captioning it, “Hey baby.”

The baby-on-the-way will be the couple’s first child.

They say good things happen in threes.

Kim Spradlin, the winner of Survivor: One World, tells PEOPLE exclusively that she is expecting another baby.

It will be the third child for Spradlin and her husband, Bryan Wolfe. Wolfe and Spradlin married on a Cabo San Lucas beach early 2013.

The couple’s three children will be very close together. Their first child, Michael Thomas, is 2½. He was joined by 7-month-old August Jane last May.

“I’m due on June 9,” Spradlin tells PEOPLE. “It’s 10 days after my daughter turns 1, and just 27 months younger than my son. Three babies in 27 months!”

Lindsey Cascaddan Roberts Welcomes Daughter Georgia Jane

Survivor wasn’t the only big premiere this week.

Lindsey Cascaddan Roberts, a contestant on last season‘s Survivor: Worlds Apart, welcomed a daughter on Wednesday, Sept. 23, in Orlando, Florida, she confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

Born at 1:48 a.m., Georgia Jane Roberts weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and measured 21 inches long. She joins older sister Eila Jane, 4.

Roberts, a lead hairstylist at a salon, was part of the “Blue Collar” tribe on last season’s Survivor. She married her longtime boyfriend Ryan Roberts after he returned from Afghanistan earlier this year. (He now works as a personal trainer and wellness coach.)

“Ryan and I have waited and worked at this — at us, at her — for more than 10 years,” Cascaddan Roberts, 25, tells PEOPLE.

He already knows they’re going to be buddies.

Kiptyn Locke, the runner-up on Jillian Harris‘s season of The Bachelorette, is expecting a baby boy with girlfriend Samm Murphy in July, he confirms to PEOPLE. And he can’t wait to have some male bonding with the little guy.

“The minute I found out we were having a baby, I just knew right away that it was a boy,” Locke, 37, tells PEOPLE.

“I would love a daughter equally, and I would love to have a Daddy’s little girl, but I just knew all along it was a boy, and I was excited. I want to play sports with him, so I’m excited to have a little guy that can be my little partner in crime.”

Locke, who dated Bachelor contestant Tenley Molzahn for several years after their turn on Bachelor Pad, says he and Murphy, 29, are “both very happy to be parents.” And he knows Murphy, who runs a medical distribution business, will be a great mom.

“She’s incredibly intelligent, very active, very compassionate and self-motivated, a loyal friend to everyone that I know that’s close to her. She’s a really admirable person,” says Locke, who is a tech businessman himself.

It’s a boy!

Ernie and Cindy Halvorsen, who ran away with the Amazing Race‘s million-dollar prize in 2011, welcomed their first child on Wednesday, Oct. 22, they confirm to PEOPLE exclusively.

Maverick Zhang Halvorsen was born at 4:25 p.m., weighing in at 6 lbs., 10 oz., and was 19½ inches long.

Baby Maverick was delivered with the help of a midwife at Prentice Women’s Hospital in Chicago.

“Baby Mav, the world is waiting for you,” says Ernie, 32. “Live in the along.”

Adds Cindy, 33: “We are unbelievably in love with our little guy and excited about our next amazing adventure!”
