Janet Jackson is one glowing mom-to-be.
The 50-year-old singer is officially confirming her pregnancy and showing off her growing baby bump exclusively with PEOPLE.
“We thank God for our blessing,” says the star.
After Jackson announced in April she was postponing her Unbreakable World Tour in May to focus on “planning” a family with her husband Wissam Al Mana, sources confirmed to PEOPLE the star was expecting her first child.
Janet Jackson cannot wait to be a mom.
“She is super excited about her pregnancy and is doing extremely well,” a source close to the Jackson family tells PEOPLE. “She actually feels very good about everything.”
Jackson, 50, has kept a low profile since news of her pregnancy broke in May.
But the mom-to-be was spotted browsing baby buys at London’s Back in Action furniture store on Tuesday, keeping her baby bump under wraps in sweatpants, a black sweater and a matching scarf.

Janet Jackson gave a glimpse of her growing baby belly while leaving a furniture store in London on Tuesday afternoon.
The mom-to-be — who wore sweatpants, a black sweater and a scarf — arrived to Back in Action in a black Mercedes, according to Entertainment Tonight.
While in the store, Jackson reportedly spent time with the staff looking over their merchandise and even checked out a stroller for her baby on the way.
The expectant mom and singer, 50, has kept a low profile since news that she was expecting her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana, 41, broke in May.
Jackson’s brother Tito confirmed her pregnancy in June, telling PEOPLE, “She’s doing very well. She’s taking it easy. [She’s] hoping for a healthy baby.”
Tito Jackson is setting the record straight about sister Janet‘s pregnancy.
“She’s doing very well. She’s taking it easy,” Tito, 62, said on Monday’s edition of SirusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “As you know, she is off tour, protecting her health.”
While Tito says he can’t share when his sister is due, he does note that Janet, 50, is carrying her own baby. She also doesn’t know the sex of her first child, and is simply “hoping for a healthy baby.”

Jermaine Jackson can’t wait to meet Janet‘s baby.
The 61-year-old singer spoke about the baby news on Thursday at AltaMed’s Power Up We Are The Future Gala in Los Angeles, and gushed about welcoming another little one into the massive Jackson clan.
“My sister Janet is my baby. She is fine but she’s having a baby. A baby having a baby. We look at her like our little baby and now she’s grown and having a baby,” Jackson told reporters at the event. “I’m proud to be an uncle and I can’t wait to see how this baby is going to look.”
Jermaine’s words were the first family confirmation that Janet, who turns 50 this month, is expecting a child with husband Wissam Al Mana. The reports followed an April Twitter video in which Jackson announced she was delaying the second leg of her Unbreakable world tour, saying, “My husband and I are planning our family.”

Multiple outlets claim the singer, who turns 50 on May 16, is pregnant with her first child. Entertainment Tonight was first to report the news, while a source told E! News that Jackson is reportedly in her second trimester of pregnancy after successfully working with a fertility specialist.
“Family members say she is pregnant,” a source close to the family tells PEOPLE.
Jackson previously sparked speculation she is expecting when she postponed her Unbreakable World Tour so she and her husband, Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana, 41, could focus on “planning our family,” she said in a video posted to Twitter in early April.
“We’re in the second leg of the tour, and there actually has been a sudden change,” Jackson said in the clip.
“I thought it was important that you be the first to know. My husband and I are planning our family. So I’m going to have to delay the tour.”
