Audrina Patridge is taking the challenges of new motherhood in stride.
The former reality star, 31, welcomed her daughter Kirra Max with fiancé Corey Bohan in June, and she’s still getting used to post-pregnancy life — namely, breastfeeding.
But on Monday, Patridge’s sister Casey Patridge Loza managed to snap a sweet moment of the new mom nursing her baby girl.
“@caseyloza always capturing me in moments #momonthego,” she wrote, referring to her sister, who originally shared the photo of Patridge breastfeeding.

Patridge talked to PEOPLE exclusively about these special — not to mention, difficult — moments as a new mom.
“Breastfeeding was the most painful thing,” she said of nursing her 13-week-old little girl. “For me, it was more painful than the c-section!”
The lifestyle blogger said it took a while to look as serene as she did in the Instagram photo.
“The first two to three weeks were excruciating,” she said. “But I got through it!”

And she had a great helper by her side. “I slept on the couch for a week,” she said. “My grandma came and helped for a week. It was crazy!”
Despite the sleepless nights, Patridge said nothing beats her new role.
“Once I had Kirra, nothing else mattered,” Patridge said of her daughter, who is now sleeping six to seven hours a night. “I didn’t care about the dishes piling up or anything. I just let it go.”
