Meet Rhett Jameson Chatham!

Actor Wes Chatham and his wife Jenn Brown are introducing their newest addition with a series of sweet family photos featuring their 4-week-old baby boy as well as their 19-month-old son John Nash.

The sportscaster, 35, tells PEOPLE that while her family of four feels full at the moment, she isn’t ruling out more children in the future.

“Right now we feel complete, but you never know,” Brown tells PEOPLE exclusively. “We are not closing the door on the subject.”

PEOPLE: Congratulations on your son! How are things going with a toddler and a newborn?

Jenn: Things are going really well! Rhett is such a sweet little baby and Nash seems to be enjoying being a new big brother.

PEOPLE: Tell us about Rhett Jameson’s name — is there a meaning behind it? Will he go by his middle name like Nash?

Jenn: Wes really likes the movie Gone With the Wind, so I guess that is where we first came up with the idea for his name. We had a couple of other names we liked, but just kept coming back to Rhett Jameson. He’ll go by Rhett.

PEOPLE: How was the delivery? What was it like having Wes with you this time?

Jenn: Having Wes here for the delivery was special, especially since he missed the birth of Nash. The timing couldn’t have worked out better because he was filming in Toronto Tuesday morning, got onto a plane and landed Tuesday night, and I went into labor around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

They say when you have your second child the delivery process is faster, and that was definitely the case with Rhett. I think we got to the hospital at 3 p.m., and he was born at 7:08 p.m.

PEOPLE: How is Nash adjusting to being a big brother? Tell us about their first meeting.

Jenn: Their first meeting was absolutely adorable. Nash had just woken up from a nap and we took him into the living room and said, “This is your baby brother Rhett.” Nash immediately tried to hug him and give him a kiss. We videotaped the whole thing and it was just so cute.

It has definitely been a little bit of an adjustment for Nash. I don’t think he fully understands what’s going on; I think he just knows that things have changed, and he’s a bit jealous. I’ve done some reading on siblings being this close in age and I knew there was going to be a bit of an adjustment period. It is getting better each week. The biggest thing we try to do is make sure we have some one-on-one time with him every day so he doesn’t feel like he’s being left out.

PEOPLE: Are you breastfeeding? If so, how is that going?

Jenn: Breastfeeding has been so much easier with Rhett compared to Nash. Nash was a premie by almost six weeks and really had trouble latching on, so I pretty much exclusively pumped and fed him by bottles.

Rhett, on the other hand, has had no problem at all and it’s been such a wonderful experience being able to feed him that way. He’s also a big eater — he’s already gained almost 3 lbs. since birth!

PEOPLE: Tell us about Rhett — is his personality already showing and who do you think he looks like?

Jenn: We definitely think he looks like Wes. He has got dimples in both cheeks, just like Wes, and boy does he have eyelashes for days! He is a good baby, doesn’t cry much and sleeps a ton. I can’t wait to see how he an Nash compare personality-wise as Rhett gets older.

PEOPLE: You had an incredible bounce back after Nash’s birth. Have you started thinking about that yet?

Jenn: Right now my focus is just on being a mom to my two little boys. I’m not allowed to really start exercising for another 3 weeks so I’ve just been focused on being as healthy as possible while I’m breastfeeding.

I used USANA‘s Reset Program to lose those extra pounds after having Nash and it worked great so now I have been drinking USANA’s new MySmart Shakes to focus more on optimal, balanced nutrition to help me get back into a healthy lifestyle — these shakes really help with that.

PEOPLE: Is your family complete or are more babies in your future?

Jenn: Right now we feel complete, but you never know. We are not closing the door on the subject, we just want to spend the next few years enjoying and loving our two little boys.
