The Brenchel baby has arrived!

Big Brother and Amazing Race alums Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly welcomed their first child, a daughter, on the morning of Friday, April 8, they confirmed to Entertainment Tonight.

“Brendon & I are officially parents! Omg thank you for all the prayers and well wishes,” Reilly, 31, wrote on Twitter. “It was long hard and we did it all natural.”

Added Villegas, 36, “I have raced around the world & survived the BB house with Rachel but watching my wife deliver our girl made me fall in love all over.”

The reality TV couple, who married in 2012, announced the pregnancy exclusively to PEOPLE in September. In March, Villegas and Reilly celebrated with a baby shower and revealed that they were expecting a baby girl.

At the time, Reilly shared that they didn’t have a name picked out for their daughter quite yet — but she didn’t want it to be a common one.

“Brendon thinks I’m gonna have a dream in the middle of the night that is gonna magically tell me the name,” she joked, before adding, “I really want a unique name, so anything that’s on-trend.”

Villegas had different ideas, however: “What’s cool today may not be cool in 20 years, and guess what? Our daughter has to deal with this name for the rest of her life,” he said.

@lin –my opinion is that they acted the same–obnoxious and believed that only their view of situations were right and they would jump on each other’s bandwagon.

Rachel who knew the day would come when a girl would ‘come between you & your man’ and you would be thrilled! Babies are the perfect way to start people! Congratulations! (No need to say it was all natural. It’s not a competition)

I always wish the best to new parents. Hopefully this will help both of them grow up. The tantrums and anger and pouting must end. Now it’s real. Not “on-trend”. That is not mature thinking. That is current. In this moment. Rachel isn’t thinking beyond now. Brendon sees that but loses arguments to her all the time. Best of luck. Hope she gets her daddy’s book intelligence, mommy’s life intelligence and both their full belief that love can conquer all.

Congrats to them!! Although, how can u not have a name quite yet?? You had 9 months to pick it out!! ? That I don’t understand from anyone.. weird, well if you take longer to pick it out then hope its a good one!!
