Jessie James Decker on Being a Mom of Two: There’s ‘a Lot More Action’

Jessie James Decker is loving spending time with her “chill” baby boy Eric Thomas II, but with two under 2 now, there also comes a bit of chaos.

“It’s really great, the dynamic between all four of us, having one more addition,” says the singer, 27, whose Christmas EP, “This Christmas,” debuts Dec. 4. “Now that there are two babies in the house, it’s a lot more action!”

That action includes Daddy, New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker, bonding over football games and making room for “tummy time” with baby Eric, 9 weeks, while mom keeps 19-month-old daughter Vivianne Rose in on the fun — all while functioning on very little sleep.

“Every now and then Vivi may try to get a little bit of attention when I’m breastfeeding him, but other than that. she’s been a really big help,” says James Decker. “She’ll help throw the diapers away or she’ll help bring us a diaper. She’s trying to play that big sister role.”

And with Decker, 28, in football season, family outings include trips to the stadium.

“I love fall and football season. It’s just so much fun, there’s so much excitement,” says James Decker. “Vivi is yelling touchdown and cheering him on. I just love it.”

As for whether she thinks they’ll expand the family anytime soon: “This number feels good,” says the budding fashion designer.

“I’ve been pregnant for two years so I just want to have a break. But ask me in two years and I might be pregnant again. Knowing this one, he just blinks at me and I’m knocked up!”

OMG she is the worst mother. People…please stop trying to make her famous!!!!!! I looked on her instagram once after I saw this article and people kept saying “OMG THEY ARE GOALS.” Just in the 5 minutes I spent looking at her pages I figured out 3 things: 1) she is obsessed with attention and trying to be famous 2) she is absolutely ruining her husbands life. He is like an insect stuck in a bad spider web, but he sweetly doesn’t seem to know it. All about HER HER HER HER HER. She also never shows his sons picture because he is not cute like the other little girl. This chick has got to go. She is irrelevant, ruining her husbands life for being so self-absorbed and obsessed, and ruined his families life as well. WOW LOL THAT WAS A LOT. NEEDED TO VENT. Every time I look on their pages, their marriage seems so forced and only for attention. Not true love…you don’t feel a connection, just a strong desire for attention and become famous. Eric’s sister creates different handles and writes the same smack talk about Jessie on every social media platform. So all of the comments below parroting the same message are likely her. Which is likely why she isn’t close with them in the first place–they had to draw some boundaries.

Yea Eric’s sister is definitely the culprit. And not the gold-digging fake woman he married. Makes total sense. I presume the sister genuinely loves her brother…I read they were really close growing up. So to the “guest” claiming all of this is eric’s sister is either jessie herself or a 15 year old stalker who has no idea who the family even is. MAKES SO MUCH SENSE LOL.

@Jazmin I totally agree. I read the story from a Minnesota news site and Jessie is 100% behind Eric’s family issues. It was the first story that popped up when I googled Jessie James calling Sarah Decker a $!ut.

I have made comments before on the issue of calling Erics sister a $/#+ and its because a lot of people are oblivious to JJD and think she’s this nice person but she’s not that’s why I comment on Eric’s family because I have been a fan of Eric for a long time and knew he was close with his family and now they’re gone never on his social media or hers and its heartbreaking.

I have been a fan of Erics for a long time and I too have commented about his sister and family because it’s heartbreaking that he used to be closer to family. They are never on his social media. I also want people to know she’s not this nice southernbell she pretends to be and her calling her mother a $/+ on twitter just confirms the story about calling his sister a $/#+.
