I don’t know of these people but that baby girl is a doll. Yes, two babies so close in age. Some people like it that way (get it done!), others, like me, prefer to give it a few years in between. Either way congratulations to your family!

Aww! what a cutie. Boy, will they be busy!. I have 3, who are each 2 years apart and that nearly did me in. But I liken having children close together to ripping off a bandaid. Do it all at once instead of spreading out the pain (don’t get me wrong, I love parenting, but it is so exhausting when they are small). It’s not for everyone, but this is what worked for me and I wouldn’t change it.

I can guess that Vera is from Vera Wang, but the rest of the names are interesting. Just one question, did they use the same surrogate mother?

Both Vera and Gavin have two wonderful people to love and take care of them, and I am sure they will be a joy to both parents. I saw pictures of Gavin’s room when he was born and would love to see pictures of Vera’s room – I TOTALLY love the way Vern designs rooms!

My girls are 15 months apart, and now, even in their 40s they are very close. They love each other and are especially close to each other’s children, as well. My sister and I are 11 months apart and have always been close. A lot of it depends on how the parents handle the closeness in age and whether or not they encourage emotional closeness instead of constant competition.

I’ve loved Vern Yip and his wonderful personality for years. I imagine he must be a very loving father. No question whose babies these are; they are gorgeous, just like Vern!

Vera is adorable! I have to say, I really like the bedding (it reminds me of the bedding I had in my bed as an infant) and I do love babies dressed in white.

@JP..You are soooo right about that..I have a nephew that has four daughters and (IMO) all of them have stripper names and I don’t really like none of them, but they aren’t my children..
