Eva Marcille Welcomes Daughter Marley Rae

Eva Marcille is now a model mom!

The former America’s Next Top Model winner and her boyfriend, songwriter Kevin McCall, welcomed daughter Marley Rae McCall on Friday, Jan. 31.

Marcille (née Pigford), 28, announced the happy news on Instagram, retweeting a photo McCall, 28, snapped of her with her newborn. “Wow, she has her mother’s eyes. I never knew I could fall in love again,” he writes.

“I’ve never known a love like this,” adds Marcille.

The couple, who announced that they were expecting in August, shared photos of their daughter via social media.

“She came out fighting the nurses!” McCall captioned a photo of himself holding his newborn. “This is [definitely] our child. Thank you Jesus Christ for everything going decently and in order #amen.”

That’s beautiful…I didn’t even realize that she was pregnant. I love the name, if I had a girl (when I have a girl) Marlee was the name I had picked out 🙂

Apparently Kevin has one other daughter in addition to Marley (there are pictures of her on his instagram account, and he referred to her as “daddy’s big girl” in one of them, pretty much confirming that she’s his child and not a niece or something). I wonder why she isn’t mentioned here (generally older siblings are included in birth announcement posts)?
